is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth and build meaningful partnerships in the fintech, SaaS, and financial technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, with a specific focus on selling cutting-edge financial technology solutions to businesses and organizations, such as banks, investment firms, online brokers and exchanges.

This position reports directly to the Founder and CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote and sell Obermind's Financial Technology Platform (B2B) to prospective clients in the fintech, SaaS, and broader tech industries.
Engage with potential clients through direct outreach, including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and at industry events.
Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and engage in strategic discussions to identify key client needs and demonstrate how Obermind's solutions can help them achieve their goals.
Partnerships & Relationship Building
:
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, investment firms, online brokers, exchanges and other relevant financial technology businesses.
Work closely with clients to understand their pain points and deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual business growth.
Build and maintain a strong network of key industry contacts, including decision-makers at potential client organizations.
Client Engagement & Negotiation
:
Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the Obermind Financial Technology Platform.
Lead contract negotiations and work closely with senior management to close high-value deals and establish long-term relationships.
Market Insights & Strategy
:
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities to inform and refine Obermind's business development strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and help shape the company's strategy for expanding into new verticals or geographies.
Collaboration
:
Partner with the internal product and marketing teams to align on product offerings, market messaging, and client needs.
Provide feedback and insights to help shape the development of Obermind's product roadmap based on market feedback and client demands.
Reporting & CRM Management
:
Maintain organized records of leads, client communications, and sales activity in the CRM.
Regularly update senior management on sales pipelines, market developments, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
2+ years of experience
in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, including financial technology solutions, SaaS products, and the broader financial technology landscape.
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives and stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with a strong follow-up habit.
Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset for managing client relationships and closing complex deals.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
