Compensation
Proposed range will be AED 48,000 (the minimum of the scale) however, if the candidates current salary is above the minimum of the scale by 20% which is above (AED 57,600) we can offer 5% on him/her current salary (all inclusive). The total cap amount we can offer for the role is 60k so we can accept candidates with a current salary of 58,000 (all inclusive) so when offering the 5% we can reach up to 60k.

- Minimum bachelors degree, should be attested (aligned with the JD)
- If candidate interviewed by DCT or MSS earlier
- If candidate has relatives/ family members working at DCT
- Marital status & how many kids if married
- Notice period duration

- Salary expectation
- Abu Dhabi residence or other Emirates and welling to relocate to AD
