MyHotelShop

Myhotelshop GmbH, founded in 2012, aims to expand the direct sales of hotels and to increase their profitability sustainably. We enable hotels with their own official hotel website to be present where customers are looking for hotels: In addition to classic search engines such as Google, this includes price comparison sites for hotels such as Google hotel Ads, trivago, kayak or tripadvisor ("Metasearch Websites"). Myhotelshop supports the hoteliers with the technical Setup and actively manages the online marketing campaigns, which saves our customers time and also significantly increases campaign success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directly sell paid media advertising services (metasites) to client prospects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia & other GCC countries in the hospitality industry (e.g. luxury hotels and resorts, hospitality brands, ownership groups, management companies, etc.).
  • Identify and build new strategic relationships with all levels within hospitality organizations and leveraging existing contacts to engage new prospects.
  • Implement best practice sales management and sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead the development of key Sales and Marketing materials (e.g. standard client presentation, elevator pitch, collateral sheet, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other Functional Heads and the Executive Team to build strong organic revenue growth and a high-performance sales organization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning and trends.
  • Attend, present and represent RateGain/ MyHotelShop at industry meetings and conferences as appropriate.
  • Assess and pursue new targeted industry verticals and markets by strategically building relationships with key influencers to penetrate and win business.
  • Provide input to new innovative service and product development activities.
  • Proactively track and maintain all prospect and client activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Provide quality sales pipeline forecasts to the VP Sales/Revenues on an ongoing basis
  • Generate, own and manage a pipeline of new business prospects through an aggressive and polished outbound sales approach
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM with high degree of organization and detail
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 6-8 years\' experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Hotel, Travel Industry or SaaS background is a must
  • Natural Story-Boarding and solution selling acumen with flair for digital technology space
  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising, Metasites and Social Media
  • Demonstrated success of building a pipeline of new client prospects and sales opportunities and converting to revenues
  • Experienced in building new strategic relationships with all levels within an organization
  • Proven strong track record for achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Well organized, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Hands-on experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion, motivation, high integrity
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Fluent in English & Arabic both
