: Digital Marketing Trainer- Foundational Level (20-Hour Training Program)Role Overview

Deliver a structured 20-hour beginner-level Digital Marketing training program.

Provide engaging, practical, and industry-relevant instruction to learners.

Ensure participants gain foundational digital marketing skills and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live training sessions covering essential digital marketing topics (Meta, Freelancing skills, etc.) for 20 hours (2-3 hours per day afternoon)

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

Explain concepts clearly and simplify complex digital marketing strategies for beginners.

Guide participants through practical activities, case studies, and assignments.

Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to improve their understanding.

Conduct assessments or quizzes to evaluate participant learning outcomes.

Ensure high engagement through interactive teaching methods.

Provide post-session support for learner questions and clarifications if required.

Maintain a professional, motivating, and positive learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email campaigns, analytics, designing, editing, etc.) Practical experience using major digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to teach beginners in a clear and structured manner. Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring (preferred). Creativity in designing learning activities and examples. Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends and practices.
