Job Overview

We are seeking a

Part-Time Spoken English Trainer (Bilingual)

to deliver engaging and practical English language training sessions. The trainer will work with adult learners and professionals, focusing on improving spoken English, confidence, pronunciation, and workplace communication skills. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and one additional language to support learner understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive

Spoken English training sessions

tailored to learners' proficiency levels Focus on

conversation skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar usage

in real-life and professional contexts Conduct role-plays, group discussions, and speaking activities to build learner confidence Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback Customize lesson plans based on learner needs and training objectives Maintain attendance records and submit session feedback reports Ensure high levels of learner engagement and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in

English and one additional language

(Arabic preferred) Proven experience as a

Spoken English / ESL Trainer

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to simplify concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds Experience in

corporate or adult training

is an advantage Relevant certifications (TESOL / TEFL / CELTA) are a plus
Preferred Profile

Bilingual trainer with exposure to

Middle East learners

Flexible availability during

evenings or weekends

Passionate about teaching and learner development
Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
