We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Trainer to deliver
Spoken English, IELTS, and PTE
training programs. The trainer will be responsible for helping learners improve their language proficiency, develop confidence in communication, and achieve their desired test scores.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions for
Spoken English, IELTS, and PTE
learners.
Develop customized lesson plans, practice exercises, and study materials based on learner needs.
Provide training in all four modules -
Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
.
Organize
mock tests, assessments, and feedback sessions
to track student progress.
Guide students in effective test-taking strategies and time management techniques.
Create an engaging learning environment through innovative teaching methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, scoring criteria, and language teaching practices.
Mentor and motivate learners to build confidence and achieve their academic or professional goals.
Maintain accurate student performance records and report progress regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
(Master's preferred).
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in training Spoken English / IELTS / PTE.
Strong command over
English grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills
.
In-depth knowledge of
IELTS and PTE exam formats
and assessment criteria.
TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent presentation, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit learners of different levels and backgrounds.
