We are hiring a full time Paralegal for our group of companies based in dubai-UAE. Applicant will be responsible for drafting important legal documents and conducting searches or research on behalf of the company. Job duties: 1-Manage & document all transactions for the company. 2-company contracts Drafting. 3-Performing due diligence on contracts and business agreements. 4-Maintaining good relationships with financial institutes. 5-Conduction of legal research. 6-Performing company searches. 7-Followup of payments. 8-Responsible for Drafting letters of engagement. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Legal Studies or related field
- 3-5 years of Experience , working in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
