As a Paralegal, you are responsible for conducting thorough legal research, draft and review a variety of documents, and manage case files for mergers and acquisitions. Your role extends to providing administrative support, answering legal inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you\'ll contribute to seamless workflow, and handle company secretarial administration for all Group entities.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, NDA\'s, POAs, and other legal correspondence.
You will be working on mergers and acquisitions of the group, as well as drafting and will be given the independence and opportunity to work on contracts of lesser value for the Group in terms of its procurement and services aspects.
Prepare and file legal documents with the appropriate courts, ministries and regulatory authorities ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines and compliance with the applicable rules and procedures.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and seamless workflow within the legal department.
Carry out company secretarial administration for all Group companies including preparing Board and Shareholder Meetings documents and ensure all required statutory filings are submitted on time in the relevant company jurisdiction.

Bachelor\'s degree in law or paralegal studies from a recognised programme.
Proven experience working in an international law firm.
Previous experience supporting with corporate, commercial and compliance related responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
