Job Description
Bilingual Paralegal Job Duties:
- Conducting review of legal documents, commercial contract.
- Conducting legal research and legal translation.
- Translates and reviews translations of legal texts including, agreements, laws, resolutions, and other legal documents (Arabic to English and vice versa).
- Drafting confidential agreements including resolutions, powers of attorney, NDAs, memoranda of understanding (MOU) & Contracts, etc.
- Conducts research with regards to laws, legal practices
- Assist legal counsel.
- Mandatory to be fluent in both Arabic & English language.
- Minimum five years of experience as a paralegal.
- Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Meet deadliness effectively.
- Experience with corporate commercial law is a plus.
- Ability to work with independence
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
