in operating paper bag machines (SOS / V-Bottom / Flexo Printing or similar types).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor paper bag manufacturing machines efficiently and safely
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance as needed
Ensure quality control by checking size, printing, and finishing of bags
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
Identify and troubleshoot machine issues during operation
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
Collaborate with team leaders and report any issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in operating paper bag manufacturing machines
Basic understanding of mechanical operations and production flow
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure to meet production timelines
Knowledge of safety protocols in a factory environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
