We are looking for a skilled Automatic Shopping Bag Machine Operator to join our team and who is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automatic bag-making machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality shopping bags. This role involves setting up machines, troubleshooting minor issues, performing quality checks, and ensuring production targets and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automatic shopping bag-making machines according to production requirements.
Set up machines with correct materials, tools, and specifications before production runs.
Adjust machine settings to ensure proper cutting, sealing, and printing of bags.
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults, escalating complex issues to supervisor.
Ensure raw materials (films, rolls, inks, etc.) are loaded correctly and manage waste reduction.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
