Key Responsibilities:

Ensure work is completed on time and meets required standards
Monitor safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment
Report progress, issues, and material requirements to management
Train and guide workers as needed
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years experience as a Painting Supervisor / Team Leader
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to read instructions, work schedules, or site plans
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to work on-site
Preferred:
Experience in waterproofing, coating, or maintenance projects
Driving license
