Painting Supervisor

AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month

8 hours per day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Painting Supervisor

to oversee painting operations at our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising painting crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of painting crews on site Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation before painting Monitor the mixing and application of paints to meet job specifications Ensure all painting works are completed according to company standards and project requirements Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures Manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage and delays Report project progress, delays, or issues to the project manager Train new workers on painting techniques and safety practices if necessary Conduct quality checks and touch-ups as needed before final handover

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Good leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
