Job Description

Paint Supervisor / Foreman

Location - Dubai , UAE

Key responsibilities

Team Management:

Lead, train, and supervise painters to ensure they are working effectively and following safety procedures.

Project Management:

Oversee painting projects from start to finish, including scheduling, coordinating tasks, and managing resources.

Quality Control:

Ensure all painting work meets the required quality standards and client expectations.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure all work is performed in an environmentally responsible manner.

Material Management:

Manage supplies, mix materials, and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
Skills and qualifications

Experience:

Typically requires significant hands-on painting experience, often with at least one year of supervisory experience.

Knowledge:

Must have a strong understanding of different painting materials, tools, and techniques.
