Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily painting activities and allocate tasks to the team.
Ensure surface preparation, paint application, and finishing meet company and client standards.
Inspect completed work to maintain quality and consistency.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to painters.
Coordinate with clients and management regarding work progress and requirements.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Maintain records of work completed, staff attendance, and material usage.
Enforce health & safety standards at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor, preferably in the FM industry.
Strong knowledge of different paints, coatings, and application techniques.
Ability to read drawings/specifications and plan work accordingly.
Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work shifts and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
