Requirement: Painting Supervisor
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marine painting and surface preparation,
Proven track record of supervising blasting and painting works in shipyards, dry docks, or offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate surface preparation and painting activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Monitor the application of various protective coatings, ensuring proper procedures for surface cleanliness, environmental conditions, and paint mixing/application.
Conduct visual inspections and oversee testing such as DFT (Dry Film Thickness), WFT (Wet Film Thickness), adhesion testing, and surface profile checks.
Ensure all blasting and painting operations follow safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of different coating systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, inorganic zinc, and anti-fouling paints.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
