Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in painting/coating supervision, preferably in oil & gas, marine, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with HSE practices and procedures related to coating and painting.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Key Skills:
Coating inspection and quality control
Surface preparation techniques
Knowledge of coating materials and systems
Team supervision and coordination
Safety compliance and awareness
Documentation and report writing
