*Supervise a team of painters and ensure they are following work orders and safety protocols.
Ensure team members are properly equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) and understand safety standards
Inspect all painting work to ensure that it meets quality standards and specifications
Address any defects or issues identified during inspections and ensure they are corrected promptly.
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the painting team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Collaborate with project managers, other supervisors, and departments to plan work and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide regular reports on activities, progress, challenges, and any potential delays.
