About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Painters to join our Plant & Maintenance Department. The role involves painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation for heavy machineries, vehicles, and construction equipment, ensuring all assets are well-maintained and presented to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation, priming, and painting on heavy machineries, vehicles, cranes, and equipment. Carry out touch-up works and repainting as required due to wear, rust, or repair. Mix paints to match existing colors and finishes. Apply protective coatings to prevent corrosion and extend equipment lifespan. Maintain all painting tools, spray guns, and materials in good condition. Ensure proper masking, finishing, and cleanup after each job. Follow all safety procedures and use PPE while handling paints and solvents. Perform other related tasks as directed by the in-charge or Plant Supervisor.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painter in the construction or heavy equipment industry. Proven experience painting cranes, rigs, trucks, excavators, and similar machinery. Knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and spray painting techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and willing to work in workshop or site environments.
Preferred:

Experience in industrial or automotive painting. Familiarity with anti-corrosion coatings and surface treatment materials.
