Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join an esteemed resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces within the property to ensure a clean, attractive, and well-maintained appearance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces before painting.
Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes according to specifications.
Repair and fill cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces.
Ensure even coating and smooth finishing on walls, ceilings, and furniture.
Protect surrounding areas and furnishings from paint splatters.
Maintain all painting tools, brushes, and materials in good condition.
Follow health and safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals.
Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams for repair schedules.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of painting experience in hotels, resorts, or construction environments.
Skilled in surface preparation, color matching, and finishing techniques.
Knowledge of different types of paints, varnishes, and coating materials.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Physically fit and able to work on scaffolding or ladders.
Qualification: Secondary school / ITI certification in Painting or related field preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
