A wooden doors manufacturing factory is seeking an experienced
Paint Section Foreman
to join our team.Location:
Sharjah Industrial Area 17, UAE
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all painting and finishing operations Ensure high-quality paint finishes on wooden doors Organize daily work schedules and assign tasks to workers Monitor paint materials, mixing, and application processes Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with production and quality control teams
Requirements:
Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in wood painting/finishing Strong knowledge of wood paints, coatings, and finishing techniques Ability to lead and manage a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to meet production deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in wooden doors or furniture factories
