We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector with strong knowledge of steel or wooden door or hardware manufacturing. The candidate must have
at least 5 years of experience
in doors QC and the ability to ensure products meet company and client quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect steel and wooden doors during incoming, in-process, and final stages.
Check dimensions, materials, finishing, hardware preparations, and compliance with drawings.
Identify defects and raise NCRs; coordinate corrective actions with production.
Maintain QC reports and documentation as per ISO procedures.
Support quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years QC experience
in steel/wood door manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of door fabrication, hardware prep, welding quality, and wood finishing.
Ability to read technical/shop drawings.
Knowledge of ISO 9001; fire-rated door standards is an advantage.
Attention to detail and good communication skills.
