We are looking for a PAINT SECTION FOREMAN URGENTLY
Preferably Philippines!!!
The main job responsibilities:
supervises painting teams to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring work, managing materials and equipment, inspecting surfaces and finished work, and communicating with clients and project managers.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in painting, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
Supervise, coordinate, and mentor painters, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
Monitor progress, manage resources (materials, tools, equipment), and adjust schedules to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Ensure all painting work, including surface preparation, application, and finishing, meets project specifications and company quality standards.
Conduct safety meetings, ensure adherence to safety protocols and the proper use of protective equipment, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
