You'll take the reins on strategy and execution across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X -- with a laser focus on delivering real results. Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Media

Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, etc.

Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing

Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (e.g. CTR, CPA, ROAS)

Report on results and suggest improvements for future campaigns

Collaborate with design/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid and organic social for multiple brands

Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices

Skilled in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later)

Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone and audience

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B and/or lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of Google Analytics or other tracking tools

Experience with influencer outreach or UGC strategy

Familiarity with reporting dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio)
