We're looking for an experienced Paid Ads Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and optimise ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis to guide campaign strategy.
Monitor performance data and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Produce regular reports with actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of delivering strong results across multiple clients or industries.
Excellent understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate results clearly.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
