Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Padel Coach to join our sports and recreation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching, teaching, and working with children or students. This role involves instructing players of various skill levels, promoting a positive and engaging environment, and fostering skill development in padel tennis. A background in related activities such as swimming, martial arts, cheerleading, or physical education is highly desirable. The coach will play a vital role in encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical activity among participants of all ages.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups Develop tailored training programs to improve players' skills and techniques Foster a positive environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Assist in organizing tournaments, clinics, and special events related to padel tennis Manage behavior and maintain discipline among participants, especially children or youth groups Collaborate with other coaches or staff to create comprehensive training plans

Requirements

Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably with children or students Knowledge of padel tennis or similar racket sports; experience in related sports such as basketball, cheerleading, climbing, judo, karate, or martial arts is a plus Background in swimming, health clubs, gyms, or physical education teaching is advantageous Experience working with students or children with behavior management skills Lifeguard experience is beneficial but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all skill levels Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
