Job Summary

:

We are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Padel coach to join our team at Premier Sports Academy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities. This includes working with junior and adult clients, supporting the club's programmes, socials, camps and tournaments.

We are looking for a coach who's has a high level playing background with a minimum of 3 years coaching experience. The ideal coach must be driven and professional both on and off the court and can work as an individual and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

:

Applicable candidates must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends (40+ hours per week)

Deliver individual, group and social coaching sessions in line with the club's coaching programme. Support the development of junior and adult players, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Provide feedback to players and maintain excellent communication with members, parents, and the wider coaching team. Assist with the organisation of club events and competitions. Administrative off court work Contribute to the ongoing success of Premier Sports's coaching programme and uphold the academy's high standards.

Requirements

:

Padel coaching certified qualification required Tennis Coaching qualifications are advantageous Minimum 3 years coaching experience & High-Level competitive playing background DBS certificate/ no criminal record First Aid Qualification Driver License Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Additional language preferable
