Job Description
About the Client: Is an Independent Sports Facility located in Abu Dhabi catering to a bespoke experience. Position will provide a basic salary plus commissions as per industry standard. :
- To assess in all coaching for all users in accordance with the Academy assessment procedure as the manager for programmed activities.
- To organize seminars, advice sheets and contacts in all coaching areas of concern
- To provide members and guests information on the Academy schedule, activities and forthcoming events e.g. Flyers, notice board, promotion etc.
- To prepare proposals for new activities, challenges, and tournaments on a weekly basis
- To promote membership sales, liaising closely with Padel Tennis Academy's management on all membership schemes.
- Certifications to coach Padel Tennis.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role.
- Must have a passion for Tennis or Padel Tennis strong competition experience is a plus.
