Job Title: Swimming Coach for Full Time & Part Time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced swimming coach to join our team. As a swimming coach, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding individuals or groups in swimming techniques, safety procedures, and proper form. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate and inspire swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to individual swimmers or groups.
- Instruct swimmers on proper swimming techniques, stroke mechanics, and breathing techniques.
- Evaluate swimmers\' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure swimmers\' safety by enforcing pool rules and maintaining a secure swimming environment.
- Motivate and inspire swimmers to set and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate swimming events, competitions, and practices.
- Stay updated with the latest swimming techniques and industry trends.
