We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Packing / Dispatch Coordinator
to manage night-time packing, dispatch, and coordination activities in our central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate packing of finished products as per outlet-wise and route-wise requirements
Ensure correct labeling, quantities, and packaging standards before dispatch
Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
Coordinate with production, quality, and delivery teams for smooth operations
Ensure timely dispatch as per schedule
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the packing area
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately
Maintain daily dispatch and packing records
Requirements:
Previous experience in packing, dispatch, or warehouse coordination (F&B preferred)
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Good organizational and communication skills
Basic computer skills (Excel/records) are an advantage
Physically fit to handle packing operations
