Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To provide the highest level of administrative and executive support to CEO/management to ensure the smooth running of the company.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the diary/calendar of the CEO and prepare/coordinate his schedule and make the necessary arrangements
  • The primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, acquaintances and business partners
  • Handle/relay all correspondence in the absence of the CEO
  • Arrange meetings and functions as required, ensuring the cost-effectiveness of suppliers.
  • Compile data, and prepare papers for consideration at meetings
  • Attend meetings and compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Arrange internal and external communication to ensure all necessary parties are fully informed.
Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential company documents and personal records.
  • Differentiate the company\xe2\x80\x99s services by providing above-standard customer services at all levels.
  • Represent the company externally and internally in the best interests of the company.
Experience:

Minimum of five years experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant preferably in a multinational company environment

Exceptional IT skills especially in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and also possess second-to-none communications skills.

Qualification:
  • Degree in any business management or related field or equivalent industry experience
