This is a full-time on-site role for an Owners Association Manager at Professional Choice Real Estate in Dubai. The Owners Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to owners association management, including ensuring accountability, transparency, and customer satisfaction in maintenance and services.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, community management, or facilities management
Knowledge of owners association regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle conflict resolution and customer concerns
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Experience working in real estate or homeowners association management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
