Job Description

We are hiring a Manager for an Owner Association Company, which is based in Dubai, duly approved by MOLLAK to work as Management Company for Joint Owners' properties.

An Ideal candidate must fulfill the following criteria :



Strong knowledge about Mollak

and past experience of working as Manager (or) Senior Executive in an owner Association Company. Strong Personality with

minimum 10 years of working experience in Real Estate

of Dubai (on managerial level) &

atleast 5 years of being associated with Mollak

for running

an owner association firm

. Must be capable of

sourcing out Properties in Dubai, & getting Our Owners' Association Firm qualified

for taking up those properties for managing as Owner Association Must be capable of

presenting view points in governmental offices

, especially at RERA, MOLLAK, MUNCIPALITY etc Will also be required to

Communicate with Joint owners

as and when needed To Manage a team including Maintenance staffs, MEP technician, Cleaners, Security Guards etc. Sourcing out candidates, required as and when required for smooth operations of Owners Association Strong Follow up procedures to be implemented for recovering

Pending Service Fees

for the Joint Owners Coordinating with Bank as and when required with regards to Escrow Account maintained for the Properties UAE Driving License is a must requirement

This is an immediate requirement so preference will be given to cancelled or visit visa holder candidates We are also open to hire partners. If a candidate prefers to work as partner in profit percentage with us in our owner association firm, we are open to discuss that as well An Excellent command over written and verbal English is MUST
