Job Description

The Role

Test Site Management - Oversee the maintenance, construction, and expansion of overseas test sites to support flight testing operations, ensuring seamless R&D and operational deployment. - Manage daily operations of test sites, including safety protocols, equipment readiness, and compliance with local regulations. Test Planning & Execution - Break down project requirements into actionable test objectives, including test plan design, resource coordination, execution oversight, and report generation. - Establish standardized flight test procedures and benchmarks to improve efficiency and enable rapid iteration. Process Optimization - Develop and refine flight testing standards, methodologies, and closed-loop feedback systems to enhance testing quality and scalability. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor the overseas test team, including task delegation, performance coaching, and employee motivation. - Collaborate with cross-functional roles (engineering, operations, local authorities) to resolve issues and mitigate risks.



Requirements

Education & Language - Bachelor's degree with strong English proficiency (written and spoken). Adaptability to overseas work is essential. Technical Skills - Hands-on experience in manual drone piloting (ability to take over controls during tests). - Must hold a CAAC/AOPA Remote Pilot License (China) or DCAA certification (Dubai). - Proficiency in ground equipment operation, testing, and maintenance. Problem-Solving & Management - Strong ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive collaborative solutions. - Experience in site/operations management, including safety protocols (fire, equipment, data security) and emergency response coordination with local authorities.
