Job Title: Outlet Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Package: 9,800 : 11,500 AED per month, plus monthly service, accommodation, and family status Im currently supporting a Michelin recognised restaurant, in Abu Dhabi, with their search for an Outlet Manager. This role would be heading up all FOH operations for a very small and very intimate luxury dining venue which specialises predominantly in Asian cuisine. Youll be leading a wider FOH team of 10, and were looking for someone who is very commercially savvy : as this person will be expected to identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities with the aim to drive new business and increase daily/weekly/monthly footfall. Were needing someone whos WSET qualified (Level 2 and above) and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to global wine trends : as this person will ideally be able to build and produce a sophisticated wine list (South African, Australian, and New Zealand territories are definitely preferred). A very strong preference for candidates to have regional GCC experience in luxury dining environments, although this can be overlooked should they have an incredibly strong sommelier background. The Must Haves: * Minimum of 5 years leading a high:volume, luxury restaurant or bar operation preferably in the Middle East/GCC region. * A minimum certification or extensive understanding of Wine trends worldwide, capable to build a sophisticated Wine list. * Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse performance data, and drive profitability within the context of the Abu Dhabi market. * Developed and executed comprehensive Marketing plans, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities. * Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining top:notch food and beverage service standards.
