We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient
Outdoor Technical Sales Engineer
who thrives on client engagement, problem-solving, and solution-based selling.
Client Acquisition & Retention:
Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining trusted partnerships with existing ones.
Solution Selling:
Understand client challenges and present tailored technical solutions using products like DV Power equipment, shielded room technology, or utility-grade tools.
Technical Consultations:
Conduct onsite assessments, recommend appropriate products, and provide demonstrations and training as needed.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on lead generation, customer segmentation, and bundling strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain detailed records of sales visits, quotations, and pipeline forecasts using CRM and Excel dashboards.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compliance standards, and product innovations to enhance credibility and technical persuasion.
