The Outdoor Salesman will play a key role in driving business growth through field-based sales, client engagement, and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, nurturing strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's machinery products and services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients to promote the company's machinery products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with operations, workshop, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports to the Sales Manager.
Gather and report market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, leads, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE market, specifically in the heavy equipment sector.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with proven ability to close deals.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in English; Arabic or Hindi language skills are an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of the UAE market, customer expectations, and industry competition.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
