• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships.
• Handle outdoor sales by visiting direct to Clients (mainly Salons).
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Developing new customers, suggesting products, explaining how products work and arranging the product demonstration.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Following up the collections from customers and making sure that payments are collected on time.
• Preparing the internal orders , to prepare the customers materials orders.
• Filling CRM report, making sure it's up to date. Making Sales Reports to the management.
• Good communication skills, should be a Good speaker and fluent in English(Arabic is an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
