The concierge role is an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative, and public relation agent. This service is delivered with politeness, efficiency, and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guest\'s expectations. - To be knowledgeable of the hotel product and services, and the area in which the hotel is located.
- To oversee operations of the bell section and transportation operations

The successful candidate must have a valid UAE Driver\'s license
He / She must be able to communicate in English.
