We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within the UAE market. You will be the face of our brand, showcasing our luxurious perfume collections to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients (e.g., retailers, boutiques, hotels, corporate clients) to expand the brand's reach.
Conduct outdoor sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to prospective customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Effectively manage sales territory and client portfolio.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven outdoor sales experience
, specifically within the
perfume, luxury goods, or FMCG sector in the UAE.
Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer preferences for perfumes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
UAE Valid Driving License is mandatory.
Must own a reliable car.
Professional demeanor and a passion for luxury products.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
