Job ResponsibilitiesOutdoor Sales:
Visit corporate clients, fleet owners, garages, and insurance companies to generate new business
Promote workshop services (mechanical, electrical, body repair, painting, servicing, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Collect customer requirements and coordinate with workshop team
Follow up on quotations, approvals, and payments
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
Indoor Sales:
Attend walk-in customers and phone inquiries
Explain workshop services, packages, and offers
Prepare quotations, job cards, and follow-ups
Coordinate with technicians and service advisors
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain sales records and customer database
Requirements
2-4 years experience in auto workshop or automobile sales
Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
Knowledge of vehicle spare parts and services
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales)
Target-oriented and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
