Outdoor Counter Sales/Barista

must follow the direction of his / her immediate Direction and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.

We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Counter Staff/Barista to join our team.

This role requires an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, engaging with market customers, and driving sales at our Kiosks/stall.

Candidate must be willing to relocate anywhere across in the UAE..

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sales transactions in a busy market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Promote products effectively and provide detailed product information.

Upsell products and drive sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner.

Kiosk/Stall Management:

Set up and arrange products at the stall, ensuring a neat, organized, and appealing display.

Ensure stock is always replenished and well-maintained throughout the day.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall area.

Transaction Handling:

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.

Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and provide change.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor stock levels and communicate any restocking needs to the supervisor.

Assist in stocktaking and inventory management.

Report any issues or customer feedback to management.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Help attract customers through engaging sales tactics and effective marketing strategies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
