Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years
of proven success in outdoor sales specifically within the
luxury or high value items industry
. Candidates without relevant luxury/high-value sales experience will not be considered.
Driving License:
valid
UAE
driving license
(or equivalent recognized license) is mandatory. Ability and willingness to travel across the Emirates regularly is required.
Language:
fluent in Russian (mandatory)
, with excellent command of English. Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, French, Mandarin) is considered an advantage.
Sales Skills: demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Advanced skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. Strong existing client network within the luxury sector is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in luxury sales).
Personal Attributes: highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, results-driven, and capable of working independently while maintaining accountability. Must demonstrate professional appearance, polished communication, and credibility with high-net-worth clients.
Market Knowledge: in-depth understanding of UAE
luxury consumer behavior and regional market dynamics is mandatory.
