We are looking for an Experienced Outbound Travel consultant with excellent Knowledge of Outbound Travel/Holidays.
Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of holiday package creation, reservations, flights, accommodation, and supplementary services.
Craft and personalize holiday packages to accommodate a wide range of client preferences and financial plans.
Stay informed about travel trends and destination knowledge.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout clients' journeys.
Effectively tackle operational hurdles.
Establish robust connections with suppliers and collaborators to ensure top-notch service.
Handle documentation and uphold precise company records
Requirements
:
Minimum 3 years experience in Outbound Holidays
Knowledge of visa processing for UK, US, and Schengen countries
Research New Destinations to offer unique travel package
Fluent in English with additional language proficiency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Travel Industry Software's.
Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism.
Other certificates related to Travel & Tourism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
