As we scale our own operations, we're looking for a driven outreach specialist who can bring in qualified leads and keep our CRM stacked with opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and execute cold email outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist or Mailshake - including domain set-up, inbox rotation, and email warm-up.
Set up automated sequences with personalised messaging across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Identify and source high-value leads using platforms like Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
Strategically target business owners and marketing decision-makers across key sectors (e.g. real estate, e-commerce, events, luxury services).
Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot or similar) - ensuring all outreach, follow-ups, and notes are accurately logged.
Run A/B tests on outreach copy, subject lines, and CTAs to continuously improve response rates.
Collaborate with the wider team on messaging, targeting, and campaign planning.
Work closely with our Founder and Business Development team to schedule and hand over qualified leads.
Stay up to date with best practices in outreach automation, deliverability, and channel-specific trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, outreach, or lead generation within a digital agency environment.
Proven experience managing and scaling outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Solid understanding of CRM systems and campaign performance tracking.
Comfortable using tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, or similar.
Ability to write sharp, personalised messaging and understand tone of voice across different industries.
Tech-savvy, proactive, and results-focused with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Lavender, or smart automation software is a bonus.
