With ambitious growth targets and big plans, we're building a high-performing internal sales function -- and you'll be at the heart of it.
What You'll Be Doing
Launch and manage cold email outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake -- including inbox rotation, domain warm-up, and deliverability optimisation.
Build automated lead gen workflows across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Source and segment high-quality B2B lead lists using Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Write and test compelling, personalised outreach copy that drives response and action.
A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and sequences to improve performance.
Target business owners and marketing decision-makers in sectors like real estate, e-commerce, and luxury services.
Maintain structured CRM records in HubSpot -- logging activity, updating pipeline stages, and setting follow-ups.
Collaborate with the Founder and Business Development team to hand off qualified leads and book discovery calls.
Stay ahead of trends in outbound, sales automation, and smart AI tools to continually improve processes.
What We're Looking For
2+ years experience
in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or prospecting in a digital agency or similar high-growth environment.
Strong grasp of cold outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Zapier, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Great copywriting skills with the ability to personalise messaging and match tone of voice to the target audience.
Exceptionally organised and results-driven -- you love clean data, follow-up systems, and hitting KPIs.
Familiarity with AI writing tools like ChatGPT, Lavender, or similar is a bonus.
