Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist

to drive new business through strategic email campaigns, social outreach, and smart lead generation workflows. This is a growth-focused role for someone who knows how to spark conversations, land meetings, and move prospects down the funnel.

What You'll Be Doing

Email Marketing & Outreach

Build and launch cold email outreach campaigns using tools like

Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake

Set up and manage

domain warm-ups, inbox rotation

, and email sequencing Write clear, persuasive

cold email copy

and follow-ups that get replies and book discovery calls Source and segment lead lists using tools like

Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Build

multi-channel outbound workflows

using email, LinkedIn DMs, and Instagram messaging A/B test subject lines, messaging, CTAs -- and use the data to improve open and reply rates Keep CRM (e.g.

HubSpot

) clean and structured with accurate tracking of pipeline stages

Social Outreach

Engage prospects across

LinkedIn and Instagram

using personalised outreach strategies Repurpose email messaging for social DMs to build rapport and increase lead touchpoints Monitor engagement and conversations to book qualified sales calls for the business development team

Reporting & Optimisation

Track campaign performance and response rates Analyse what's working, what's not -- and improve based on data Experiment with tone, cadence, copy, and timing to boost results
What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in

outbound email marketing

or

B2B lead generation

(agency experience is a plus) Experience with tools like

Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay

Excellent

copywriting

and messaging skills -- especially for outreach and social Comfortable working in CRM tools like

HubSpot

and marketing automation platforms Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven Able to work independently, self-manage campaigns, and report clearly to leadership Bonus: Experience using tools like

Zapier

,

ChatGPT

, or

AI personalisation assistants
