Job Description

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking, female, DOH licensed Orthodontist for their client in Abu Dhabi which is one the largest chain of dental centers in UAE.
We are looking for Orthodontists with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Abu Dhabi as an Orthodontist.
Candidates without 8 to 10 years of current experience in Abu Dhabi would not qualify for this vacancy. The Orthodontist will utilize various diagnostic tools, such as X-rays, digital scans, photographs, and plaster models, to develop an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations of patients, evaluating the alignment of their teeth and jaws. Analyze the relationship between the teeth, jaws, and facial structures to determine the extent of the patient's orthodontic issues. Discuss treatment options, estimated timelines, and potential costs with patients and their families.
Develop individualized treatment plans to correct issues such as crooked teeth, crowding, gaps, overbites, underbites, and other oral anomalies. Design, fabricate and fit custom orthodontic appliances - removable or fixed appliances to maintain tooth position after treatment. Traditional, ceramic, or self-ligating braces. Clear aligners such as Invisalign. Expanders to widen the upper jaw. Headgear for more complex jaw alignment issues. Make adjustments to appliances, such as tightening braces, replacing wires, or providing new aligners, to guide teeth into the correct position.
Educate patients and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices and care for their orthodontic appliances. Schedule and perform regular follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress throughout treatment. Consult and collaborate with other dental and medical professionals, such as general dentists, oral surgeons, and periodontists, to coordinate complex treatment plans. Provide referrals to other specialists when necessary for procedures outside the scope of orthodontic care, such as extractions or jaw surgery.
Salary : Aed 40,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. Final offer lies at the discretion of the client and would be made after completion of interviews).
