Create and implement a new organizational structure policy, including organizational charts, job descriptions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Act as a change agent by designing processes that support transformation and aim for best practice standards.
Develop KPIs for departments and employees to accurately measure performance and align with strategic goals.
Update job descriptions through analysis to clarify essential employee responsibilities.
Assist in developing performance evaluation and rewards systems.
Identify training and development needs through discussions with employees and consultations with managers.
Participate in compensation surveys to ensure compliance with laws and market competitiveness.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and contribute to policy development.
Support the implementation of a performance management system, including improvement plans and development programs.

Other related duties required
Requirements:
With a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
Related experience for the position of 3 to 5 years
Excellent writing and communication skills
