JPC - 4647 Position: Organizational Development (OD) Expert Division: Business Support Department: Human Capital Location: Head Office Abu Dhabi Contract Type: Outsourced 6 Months Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with executive leadership to align business strategies with people strategies and organizational capabilities. Conduct comprehensive workforce planning and capability gap analysis to anticipate future talent needs. Design and implement forward-thinking OD strategies that support business transformation and growth. Lead structural and process improvements to enhance organizational agility and efficiency. Evaluate and optimize current organizational structures to align with strategic objectives. Develop and drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformation. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 7 to 10+ years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or similar roles. Proven experience in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
